After the successful completion of first phase of the training course on “Building, Presenting and Executing a Business plan” held from 18th to 21st September 2016, eleven trainees were selected as potential trainers from 19 participants. These 11 selected potential trainers went on to the next stage and received additional training in the second session of this programme which was held on 3rd to 6th October 2016.
In the third session of this 4-day TTT training programme, the 11 selected trainers delivered the third phase of the training programme, under the supervision and guidance of Ali Sabet, Team Leader, Bangladesh INSPIRED Component 1 and 2b, for 25 participants from SME members of Business Intermediary Organisation (Business Associations and Chambers-BIOs), Women Entrepreneurs’ Associations.
This phase of the training programme was delivered at the premises of Bangladesh Bank Training Academy (BBTA), between 29th October and 1st November 2016 and ended with a certificate award ceremony.
The training programme was designed to create an understanding of the objectives, content and purpose of a business plan and how it is used as a management tool. Furthermore, participants also obtained knowledge on understanding the content, structure, preparation and execution of a business plan that integrates the concepts of basic management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, leadership, strategic planning, etc. Now that this training programme has been fully rolled-out, it can be delivered in future from the pool of the newly certified trainers.
